Total Performance

Terms of use

The ground rules for using this site and for the quotes and bookings that start here.

DRAFT — requires attorney review. This page is written from how the shop actually operates, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Anything in [brackets] still needs a real answer from the business.

Quotes and estimates

Anything you see on this site, including any figure returned by a form or tool, is an estimate for discussion only. We do not quote a repair sight unseen. A binding price comes in writing after we inspect the vehicle, and we get your approval before extra work.

Performance work

Tuning and modification can affect a manufacturer warranty, emissions compliance, and street legality. Some work is sold for off-road or competition use only. We will tell you which category your job falls in before we start. You are responsible for how the vehicle is used afterwards.

Warranty

Repair work carries the warranty described on the relevant page and on your invoice. It covers the parts and labour we supplied, not unrelated failures, wear items, abuse, or racing use unless stated in writing.

Appointments

Booking a slot is a request until we confirm it. Give us [24 hours] notice if you cannot make it. Vehicles left after completion may be subject to storage charges as posted at the shop.

Content and reviews

Text, photos, and build write-ups on this site belong to Total Performance Tuning. Customer reviews are shown as written, are individual experiences, and are not a promise of the same result for your vehicle.
