• Consent records: your cookie choice and, if you tick it, your permission for us to text you.
• Basic usage data: pages viewed and buttons used, only if you allow analytics cookies.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website, and we do not collect health information.

To answer your enquiry, quote and schedule work, keep a service history for your vehicle, and improve the site. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision making.

We only text you if you tick the consent box on a form. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of getting service.

• Enquiries and quotes that never became a job: [24 months], then deleted.

Only staff who need it, plus the vendors that run our website hosting, database, email, and — if you allow it — analytics. Each is bound by its own contract. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
