Fabrication and welding
TIG and MIG work done in house — exhaust, charge piping, brackets, mounts and repairs — so a build never waits on somebody else's shop.

What we fabricate
Fabrication is what happens when the part you need does not exist. Custom exhaust routing, an intercooler pipe that clears the crossmember, a bracket to mount a catch can where it actually fits.
Because it happens here, a build does not stall waiting on an outside shop, and the person welding it can see the whole vehicle rather than one piece of tube on a bench.
We work in stainless, mild steel and aluminium, and we build things to be serviced later — not welded into a corner.
What we actually do
- Custom exhaust from the turbo or manifold back, sized to the build.
- Intercooler and charge piping routed and welded to fit the vehicle.
- Brackets, mounts, tabs and reinforcement made to measure.
- Cracked or broken components repaired where repair is the right call.
- Stainless, mild steel and aluminium, TIG or MIG as the job needs.
Typical fabrication jobs
- No off-the-shelf exhaust fits your setup
- Charge piping needs to clear something it does not
- A mount or bracket has cracked
- An accessory has nowhere sensible to bolt to
- A previous weld failed or was never right
- A build needs one-off parts made
Talk it through with the shop
Tell us the vehicle and what it is doing. We diagnose first and quote before any work starts — no surprises on the invoice.
