Dyno tuning
A chassis dyno turns guesswork into numbers. We load your vehicle on our in-house dyno, measure what it actually makes at the wheels, then tune against real data instead of a canned file.

What dyno tuning is
A chassis dynamometer is a set of rollers the drive wheels sit on. It lets us run the vehicle under real load, at real throttle, while the tuner watches air-fuel ratio, timing, boost and knock live — all without leaving the building.
A tune written on a dyno is written for your engine, your fuel, your modifications and Florida air. A file downloaded off the internet was written for somebody else's car. That is the whole difference.
You leave with a baseline pull, the pulls that came after it, and the numbers on paper so you can see exactly what changed.
What we actually do
- Baseline pull first, so there is a before number as well as an after number.
- Live monitoring of air-fuel ratio, timing, boost and knock through the pulls.
- Fuel and spark tables adjusted for your modifications and your fuel.
- Drivability checked at part throttle, not just at wide open.
- A printed sheet of your results at the end of the session.
When a dyno session makes sense
- You just added a turbo, cam, injectors or an exhaust
- The vehicle runs rough, hesitates or surges under load
- You are on a generic downloaded tune and want it verified
- You want a real before-and-after number, not a claim
- You are chasing a horsepower goal and need a plan
- You want to check a tune somebody else wrote
Talk it through with the shop
