What a turbo build involves
A turbocharger uses exhaust energy to force more air into the engine. More air plus more fuel makes more power — but only if the fueling, the cooling, the oiling and the tune all keep up.
A build is not a part. It is a matched system: turbo sizing, manifold, intercooler, charge piping, wastegate control, fuel supply and calibration. Get one of those wrong and the rest of it is wasted.
We start from your goal and your budget, then spec the system backwards from there. Everything we fabricate is built here and everything we build is tuned here.
What we actually do
- Turbo sizing chosen for your goal and how you drive, not for the loudest spool.
- Manifolds, downpipes and charge piping fabricated and TIG welded in house.
- Fuel system, intercooling and oiling upgraded to match the airflow.
- Boost control and wastegate setup dialled in on the dyno.
- Full calibration on our dyno once the hardware is done.
