How we approach a classic
Restoration means very different things to different owners. A concours car and a car you want to drive to dinner on a Friday are two completely different projects, and the first conversation is always about which one this is.
We focus on the parts that decide whether the car is usable and safe: engine, transmission, brakes, fuel system, cooling and wiring. A beautiful car that overheats in traffic is not finished.
Where it makes sense we will suggest a modern upgrade — fuel injection, better brakes, an improved cooling setup — and where originality matters more, we leave it alone.
What we actually do
- Honest assessment of the car's condition before any plan is made.
- Engine and transmission rebuilds, or tasteful modern swaps.
- Brakes, fuel, cooling and electrical brought up to safe, usable condition.
- Fabrication and welding handled in house.
- Tuning and sorting on our dyno once it runs.
